Going out and reaching the community is a crucial role of science communicators. I’ve routinely contributed to science outreach throughout my doctoral studies. Collaborating with Cellular Agriculture Canada, I led their first social media campaign aimed at fostering an understanding of future alternative protein sources. Currently, I’m involved with Scihigh and ComSciConCAN organizations aimed at building scientific literacy among students as young as in elementary school to graduate students.
